Welcome To Our Co-op

The Co-op was built in 1986 and occupied in 1988. The apartment building consists of 24 units and is three stories tall and has an elevator. There are 44 townhomes on site and they all have a private backyard.

We are a family community!

There is an after school program that runs out of our community room called 360 Kids. The program is for children that are 7-12 years of age on Mon, Wed and Fri and for 13-18 year olds on Tues and Thurs. Children can get assistance with their homework, learn life skills, get help with resumes, college and university applications and dinner is provided.

Our Co-op is very close to shopping, public transit and many schools and churches.

Co-op living is unique to all other forms of housing because it represents a community living within a community.
